User Responsibilities
Users agree not to submit sensitive information such as SIN numbers or official tax documents through the platform.

Montreal.tax operates as a referral platform and does not collect or store sensitive tax information such as SIN numbers or official tax documents. All content, branding, logos, and materials displayed on Montreal.tax are the intellectual property of Montreal.tax unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without prior written consent.
Termination of Services
Montreal.tax reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if a user violates these Terms & Conditions or misuses the platform. Users may stop using the platform at any time. Since Montreal.tax does not provide paid services directly, no termination fees apply.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of Montreal.tax shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable Canadian laws. Montreal.tax operates solely as a referral platform and is not a party to any agreement between users and independent tax professionals. Any disputes regarding tax services provided by third parties must be resolved directly between the user and the service provider. By using this platform, users agree that Montreal.tax shall not be held liable for disputes, claims, or damages arising from services provided by third parties.
